If your pet passes in the MIDDLE of the NIGHT & you need us to pick it up - CALL - there is a fee for this service. If you want to bring your pet over right away in the middle of the night - CALL, & I will leave the light on for you. DAYTIME hours - TEXT me. (PS. if and when you CALL DAY or NIGHT & you do NOT hear from me within 15-20 mins, TEXT me), phone IS attached to my hip & sometimes my phone does NOT let me know someone called me, let alone left me a voicemail.
